Welcome to the Bhavana Interiors & Decorators Refer & Earn Program! We believe that the finest compliment we can receive is a referral from our valued clients. This program is our way of saying “Thank You” for sharing your trust and experience with your family, friends, and professional network.
- 1. Eligibility & Qualifying Referrals
- Successful Referral: A referral reward is strictly conditional upon the referred client successfully contracting and confirming an interior design project with Bhavana Interiors & Decorators.
- Project Confirmation: No reward shall be deemed earned or payable until the referred client formally signs the project agreement and initiates their initial project milestone payment.
- 2. Reward Structure & Payment Milestones
To maintain transparency and alignment with our project timelines, the total referral reward is split and disbursed in two (2) distinct tranches:
- Tranche 1 (Commencement): The first installment of the referral reward becomes payable immediately after the referred client completes their initial 10% project payment to kickstart their design journey.
- Tranche 2 (Completion): The second and final installment of the referral reward becomes payable only after the referred client completes their final 5% project payment at the conclusion of their project.
- 3. Project Cancellation Policy
- In the unfortunate event that a referred client cancels their interior project at any stage of the design or execution process, Bhavana Interiors & Decorators reserves the right to immediately terminate further payouts.
- Any remaining, unpaid tranches of the referral reward will automatically become null and void from the official date of cancellation.
- 4. Flexible Reward Redemption Options
We love to reward you your way! As a Referrer, you have the flexibility to choose how you want to receive your earned rewards:
- Option A: Ongoing Project Adjustment: If you currently have an active, ongoing interior project running with Bhavana Interiors & Decorators, your earned referral reward can be seamlessly adjusted and deducted from your own upcoming project milestones.
- Option B: Direct Cash Out: Alternatively, if your project is already completed or you simply prefer liquid rewards, the referral reward can be cashed out directly via bank transfer or a designated payment method.
- 5. General Terms & Adjustments
- Bhavana Interiors & Decorators reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program, or change its structural rewards, at any given time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising from or relating to the referral program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
